Easy Crepe Recipe

Hei Friends,

Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. It can help kick start everything, and with the right breakfast, you can have the best day possible. Of course, one of my favorite breakfast is crepes. When going out to eat, I personally love the Crepes from IHOP. They are so yummy and delish, so I thought I would find a recipe that could mimic it.

Just a Future warning: these crepes are time consuming, so be prepared for it to take a while.

Ingredients:  
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of Water
4 eggs
Pinch of Salt
4 Table-Spoons of Melted butter



First Melt the Butter by heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and Heat again. 



Grab a giant bowl for mixing the ingredients

Add all of the ingredients together


Mix thoroughly 


spread a little bit of the melted butter, all over the ban so the crepes won't stick

Use a Ladle to scoop the right amount of the batter. 
Let the batter cook for about 2-3 minutes and flip.
Once flipped cook for only 30 seconds to a minute
Make sure it is cooked on both sides

When finished, put the crepe on a plate

I spread Nutella on one of my crepes and and added some chocolate chips 

When finished just roll up the crepe

I added Peanut butter to The other crepe and rolled that up as well

To finish it up I just added some fruit granola, and doused them in syrup. 
You can adjust the crepes to however you like and added whatever toppings suit you. 

I hope you enjoyed it, My crepes came out so yummy and everyone enjoyed it. This recipe makes 8-12 crepes.  but you can cut the recipe in half to make less.
