Healthy Oatmeal Bars

Hei Guyssss,


So as of today, volleyball season has started!! It's so exciting because that's one of the only reasons I enjoy school. Since I get hungry before, during and after practice; I thought I would find a recipe for easy oatmeal bars that were healthy but yummy. 

So Here It Is....................

Ingrediants: 
 1 1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup of nuts
1/2 cup of dried fruit
1/4 cup of seeds
1 tsp pf cinnamon
1 tsp salt (I prefer sea salt)
1 1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of honey

5 Packets of instant oats equal 1 1/2 cups of oats


Preheat the Oven 350*


Mix Dry ingredients
Stir Thoroughly

Mix Wet
Stir thoroughly



Mix wet and dry together
Stir Thoroughly




Pour into pan
Use Parchment Paper for easier cleanup
Cooking time depends on the size of the pan
20-40 mins
